I am a 200 hour certified Yoga instructor and have been practicing yoga for 11 years. My training was from Niroga Institute in Oakland, CA a non-profit organization. Niroga emphasizes trauma informed practices, hands off teaching, self awareness, gentle movement and yoga for ALL bodies. My style of teaching is a little unconventional pulling in different modalities from Chi-Gong, Pilates, natural movement, massage, EFT (emotional freedom techniques), body weight strength training and of course yoga asanas. I provide a relaxed and fun environment where you feel safe to explore and own your own practice.
